At Walmart I make it a habit to always check the dollar table for fabric. Today I found some black jersey that will be perfect for a drapey top and some bright yellowish green sari type fabric. That color would be way too much on it's own, but if I make a petticoat with the green poking out as a ruffle under darker skirts it should add the perfect amount of zing. Or if I get lazy, I can turn it into a belly dancing veil.
